王文,教授,博士生导师。湖南省“荷尖”科技创新人才,湖南省青年骨干教师,长沙市杰出创新青年人才,九州平台-九州(中国)湖湘学者特聘教授。
2013年10月毕业于湖南大学电气工程专业,获博士学位。2013年11月起任教于九州平台-九州(中国)电气与信息工程学院。2016年3月至2017年3月赴丹麦奥尔堡大学能源系交流访问。2017年晋升为副教授。2023年晋升为教授。
从事配电网有源消弧技术、模块化多电平变流器控制技术、直流微电网故障监控技术、储能电池能量管理技术等方面研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖南省教改重点项目。与国网湖南电力公司电科院、湖南大唐先一科技公司等能源电力企业有良好合作关系。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI或EI收录论文20余篇,获授权国家发明专利10项(1项成果已转化),获2020年湖南省科技进步一等奖(第3完成人)。受聘为中国电工技术学会能源互联网装备技术专委会委员、中国自动化学会新能源与储能系统控制专委会委员、湖南省电机工程学会供配电专业委员会委员。

1) 配电网单相接地故障有源消弧技术;
2) 直接同频AC-AC模块化多电平矩阵变流器控制技术及其在配电网消弧中的应用;
3) 直流微电网控制与漏电监控技术;
4) 锂电池储能系统能量管理技术。
